To our Patients:
Because the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) is so fluid and constantly changing, we want you assured in knowing that we are in constant contact with the local health department, our community hospitals, and the Illinois Department of Public Health. We are continuing to take precautions to protect you and your children.

We wanted to remind you of what steps we have put in place for your safety.
We are here to see your children in all three locations for both sick and well visits.

Our morning and afternoon are divided with mornings and early afternoon reserved for essential well visits only. These visits include but are not limited to newborn visits, checkups for babies, medication checks, weight rechecks, bili checks, and any regular physical.

The rest of the afternoon is reserved for ill appointments as well as ongoing concerns such as rashes, allergies, and other non-emergent visits, etc.
While we still recommend that for your own safety you try and hold off on any non-essential visits, we realize many parents still need to come in to address any ongoing concerns or issues that are concerning to them.

To avoid any unnecessary exposure, we are asking that only one adult accompany the child and that siblings or other children are left at home.
During this time, we ask parents to let us know if anyone in the family has been exposed to Covid-19, or is suffering from fever, cough, difficulty breathing.

The check-in process during this time will be as follows
When arriving at the offices, call our front staff at the following numbers:
Summit- 847-742-6898
Randall Road- 847-760-4915
Streamwood- 630-830-1947

We will be verifying any patient information, insurance information, and copay information over the phone. Copay will be taken over the phone. Once your room is ready, we will call you and direct you to that room. Any follow up appointments can be scheduled in the office if needed, but we do recommend you call to schedule anything to avoid any further time in the office.
We are also offering telemedicine visits to your patients.
