• We have started a HEALTHY BODY CLUB for your children. This is a work in progress, the sky’s the limit. We would love for it to become a new way of life for your children and their families too. PNP Becky Bockenhauer is taking the lead on this and she is taking appointments at the Summit Street office on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Call now to get started!!
• We know how scary it can be when there is an emergency with your child. We are in the process of setting up CPR & FIRST AID CLASSES for parents so that these emergencies might be less stressful. PNP Linda, and nurses Kasey and Madelin have taken extensive courses to become instructors. They still have a little more work to do before they will be ready to teach, so check back periodically for more information.
• SCHEDULE YOUR SCHOOL PHYSICALS EARLY - Spring is here and it is time to schedule your Kindergarten, 6th & 9th grade physicals for the 2008-2009 school year. We also recommend YEARLY PHYSICALS for children starting with their 3rd birthday. So remember a trip to the store for the candles for the cake and a trip to your friendly pediatric office for physicals. The earlier you schedule your appointments, the better choice you have.
