Contact Associates in Pediatrics Each of our offices is open Monday through Friday and our Summit Street office is open on Saturdays. Our staff is available to answer phones from 8am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5pm Monday through Friday, and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays. At all other times, our telephones are answered by our answering service. Below are the normal hours of operation, however, we do offer evening appointments in each office on various days. Please call during normal business hours to set up appointments. A phone nurse is available during office hours to answer any routine questions you might have about your child. If you are expecting parents, please ask about our free consultation service before the arrival of your baby!
